Small Wonder Consultancy: Website Terms & Conditions (UK)
 
1. Contract of Sale

By completing a purchase on this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Small Wonder Consultancy. All products and services must be paid in full upfront at the time of booking/ordering. Your order is confirmed only when you receive a Wix Order Confirmation email.

 
2. Pricing and Payment

  • Total Price: All prices shown on the website are the total amount payable. Small Wonder Consultancy is not currently registered for VAT, and therefore VAT is not charged on any of our goods or services.

  • Payment Processing: Payments are handled securely via Wix Payments (or our connected processors like Stripe/PayPal). We never store or see your full credit card details.

  • Electronic Receipts: Your Wix confirmation email serves as your official receipt for your records.

 
3. UK Consumer Rights & Cancellations

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period for most online purchases:

  • Physical Books: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind and request a return (excluding signed or bespoke items).

  • Services (Consultancy/Training): The 14-day period begins from the date of purchase. If you book a session to take place within this 14-day window, you agree that your right to a full refund is waived once the service has been delivered.

  • Bespoke Publications: Because these are "made to order" or clearly personalised, they are exempt from the 14-day return rule once work has commenced.

 
4. Delivery & Fulfillment

  • Digital Products: Links to bespoke digital publications or downloads will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Physical Goods: We aim to dispatch all books within 3–5 working days via Royal Mail or our designated courier.

  • Consultancy: Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a booking link or confirmation. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate contact details for the delivery of the service.

 
5. Intellectual Property

All materials, including training content and bespoke publications, remain the intellectual property of Small Wonder Consultancy. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license for use. You may not record training sessions or redistribute digital PDFs without our express written permission.

 
6. Professional Liability

Small Wonder Consultancy provides expert advice and training for educational purposes. We hold Professional Indemnity Insurance; however, we are not liable for specific commercial outcomes or business losses resulting from the use of our advice.
