Small Wonder Consultancy: Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Small Wonder Consultancy, we strive for excellence in every workshop, strategy session, and publication. We understand that plans change, and we aim to make our refund process as straightforward as possible.

1. Professional Services (Consultancy & Training)

Because these services involve dedicated scheduling and preparation, the following terms apply:

Cancellations:
- 14+ days notice: Full refund of the service fee (minus any non-refundable credit card processing fees).
- 7 to 13 days notice: 50% refund or a one-time credit to reschedule within 6 months.
- Less than 7 days notice: No refund is available due to the loss of billable hours and preparation time already invested.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled training or consultancy session without prior notice results in a total forfeiture of the fee.

2. Books & Publications

Standard Publications: You may return unread, pristine-condition books within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (shipping costs excluded).
Signed & Personalized Books: Due to their custom nature, signed or inscribed books are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or include a significant printing error.
Bespoke/Custom Publications: Specialized reports or bespoke guides created specifically for your organization are non-refundable once the final draft has been approved and production has begun.

3. Digital Products

Digital downloads, e-books, and recorded webinars are considered "used" once downloaded or accessed. These items are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or cancellation, please email us at jezgroom@smallwonderconsultancy.com with your order number or invoice details.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
Damaged Goods: If a physical book arrives damaged, please send a photo of the packaging and the item within 48 hours of receipt so we can send a replacement immediately.

Note: Small Wonder Consultancy reserves the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness). In such cases, clients will be offered a 100% refund or priority rescheduling.
